Our new blend is inspired by the coffee traditions of Northern Italy and the atmosphere of Turin — the city where the first espresso was created in the late 19th century. It is from this heritage that Espresso di Torino draws its distinctive flavor profile.

At the heart of the blend is the classic combination of Arabica and Robusta, typical of Northern Italian espresso: on average, 70–75% Arabica and 25–30% Robusta. This ratio creates the signature balance of body, delicate noble bitterness, and pronounced chocolate notes. Medium-roast beans enhance the aroma and deliver a more harmonious, full-bodied taste.
